Description

This report presents a curated catalogue of biodiversity engagement methods designed to support inclusive, reflexive, and transformative biodiversity engagement. The catalogue features 18 methods for biodiversity engagement, arranged in thematic categories including storytelling, sensory, game-based, behaviour, dialogue and debriefing methods.

The featured methods have been trialled within the PLANET4B project, including across a wide range of social-ecological contexts.  The catalogue is designed to spark curiosity and support initial orientation. It offers clear, accessible overviews of selected methods, encouraging users to explore extended descriptions, resources, and training materials via the carefull courses and resources lighthouse platform: care-full-courses.com. The catalogue is also available within the care-full courses and resources platform as a digital tool with an expanded, searchable method repository.
