The coordinator of the project, Dr. Ilkhom Soliev (MLU) will chair the session ‘Transformative interventions to strengthen biodiversity commons’ with co-chairs of Ágnes Zólyomi and Dr. Alex Franklin. In the panel, Transformative interventions to strengthen biodiversity commons, we aim to explore tested and emerging forms of interventions necessary to trigger particularly deeper level transformations. Among others, presentations will cover leverage points, ecosystem services as an approach to advocate for biodiversity, prioritizing biodiversity among other crises as well as experiential game, educational methods and the role of governance in strengthening biodiversity prioritisation.
